  1. Slice mushrooms into thick slices and pack into a pint-and-a-half size jar. Top with 2 Tablespoons of finely diced red onions.
  2. In a small pot, add the balsamic dressing, peppercorns, salt, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
  3. Pour boiling mixture into the jar of mushrooms SLOWLY. If the jar doesn’t fill up all the way, top it off with water. Close lid tightly and carefully shake or flip it over.
  4. Let the jar cool off to room temperature and serve or put in the fridge. Enjoy!
