These little cocktail meatballs go with pretty much any dip or sauce you can dream up!

  1. Mix all four ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Using a Tablespoon, measure out level scoops of the mixture, pop in into your hand and roll into a ball. *Tip: Wet your hands for easier rolling*
  3. Place meatballs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, until just done in the center. (Do not overcook!)
  5. Remove from baking tray and serve however you want! They also freeze amazingly well!
